    Description

    We are pleased to inform that currently Happy Pet Malaysia is looking for additional team member as Business Development Executive. The Business development executive is in charge of attaining and attract the customer in order to leveraging the market and increase the number of customers in assigned area and to be able to achieve the business target and goal

    Responsibilities :

    • Execute mapping area plan by looking for new open account and analyze current and possibilities new open area to maintain and improve the sales coverage.
    • Maintain and develop the existing account.
    • Suggesting innovative ideas for the growth of the brand based on market needs.
    • Monitor and maintain the balance and the growth of product distribution in a given area.
    • Monitoring the condition of each account and planning the necessary strategy based on agreed target.
    • Perform a win-win negotiation with customer according to current strategies.
    • Giving analysis of the field condition to the Manager to have a better understanding of the market
    • Conduct daily visits to existing account and perform a business trip in given area.
    • Proposed initiative of event activation/marketing program to help the existing account if necessary.
    • Obtain an appointment of new prospecting account.
    • Monitor and maintain the balance and growth of existing outlets and new

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Having experience in sales function with a preference for a FMCG organization
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Must be able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaya, Mandarin
