    Company Description

    Flick is a software company providing solutions for Corporations in their Procurement, Treasury and Invoicing. Flick has established their client territory in Middleeast and is looking to expand into Malaysia, by seeing the upcoming E-Invoicing Requirement in Malaysia for large business Entities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate effective sales strategies to target corporate clients, aligning with the company's overall objectives and market trends.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
    • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to the management team, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Team Leadership and Coaching: Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve targets, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings, to effectively position and sell to corporate clients.
    • Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering value to corporate customers.
    • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth within the corporate segment, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reaching corporate customers and achieving sales targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the IT industry and with corporate clients.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute sales plans, analyze market data, and drive business growth.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer value.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or training in sales management is a plus.
