    Job Description

    You will be the heartbeat of the marketing engine, sculpting and steering a strategy that perfectly aligns with the business' aspirations. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will lead both strategy and execution - orchestrating initiatives that catapult brand recognition and generate new customers.

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, creating a robust brand identity and positioning the platform effectively in the B2B market.
    • Drive lead generation initiatives through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and direct sales enablement activities.
    • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches and expansion into new markets, collaborating closely with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Utilize insights to tailor marketing strategies and product offerings.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. Adjust marketing plans based on performance data and industry shifts.
    • Champion customer-centricity and advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the organization, driving initiatives to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and advocacy.

      The Successful Applicant
      • Experience in a senior leadership capacity, such as, CXO, Director, VP and equivalents.
      • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns within a B2B/SaaS environment, encompassing digital and traditional channels and strategic partnerships.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit.
      • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
      • Be a go-getter, with a "can-do attitude" and a true excitement for the business.
      • Familiarity with the regional market landscape in SEA, industry trends, and regulatory environment is advantageous.
      • Professional-level proficiency in spoken and written Malay is advantageous.
