- Set up the finance division from scratch, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management
- Act as a business partner to the CEO, providing strategic financial advice and guidance
- Liaise with local authorities, tax agents, and auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
