    Job Scope for Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

    1. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
    2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent for diverse roles within the organization.
    3. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screening of candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    4. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of talent to support business growth.
    5. Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, employer branding events, and participation in industry events.
    6. Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates.

    Requirements:

    1. Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field: Equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in talent acquisition and HR practices.
    2. Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and levels.
    3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, negotiate offers, and build employer branding initiatives.
