    Description

    Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.
  • To ensure of correct selling techniques to do sales and achieves target.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales.
  • Maintain & ensure the correctness of inventory, responsible for any stock loss/thefts, ensure check and balance are done in proper manner.
  • To maintain and increase customer loyalty .
  • Work closely with Merchandising team & Marketing team especially in display and promotion at the sales floor.
  • Manage sales area housekeeping including storeroom.
  • Job Training will be provided.

    • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales at retail industry.
  • Able to communicate & understand in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage as there are many mandarin speaking customers.
  • Able to work within Genting Premium Outlet / Selangor / Kuala Lumpur areas.
  • Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and hardworking.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Able to work as per retail shop working hour.
