    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with business users to thoroughly understand their values, objectives, and pain points.
    • Collect and document detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
    • Ensure that all gathered requirements align with the main goals and values of business users.
    • Maintain a focus on delivering solutions that meet business objectives.
    • Translate requirements into small-d and well-defined user stories that are easily understandable by the development team.
    • Ensure user stories adhere to best practices, including clear acceptance criteria.
    • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure user stories are feasible and ready before sprint planning.
    • Proactively communicate with the scrum team, addressing any clarifications or questions that arise during each iteration.
    • Identify and plan any necessary enabler or POC work that may be required.
    • Work in accordance with the solution proposal and prioritize backlogs based on business values and product roadmap.
    • Coordinate UAT session activities with business users, receive feedback, and ensure successful execution, high quality, and alignment with the requirements.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a business analyst in software development in an agile environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to understand and balance business and technical prospects.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard BA tools and methodologies.
    • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, kanban)
    • Experience with software development processes and technologies.
