  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, with a focus on Google and Facebook Ads, to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Optimize campaigns to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, serving as the main point of contact and providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to maintain competitiveness. about you
  • Open to Malaysians & talents from Indonesia/ Vietnam/ Philippines - Relocation package and visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads.
  • Agency experience is a must.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlineshow to apply
