ï'. Development of all major and new campaign briefs
ï'. Recommend appropriate research as required
ï'. Brief respective teams on campaigns (e.g. Creative, Strategy Planning, Social Media,
Content Strategy & etc.) to brainstorm on ideas and ensuring all deliverables are met
ï'. Prepare strategies for selling creative work to clients ensuring creative is on strategy and
within budget
ï'. Work conforms with corporate brand identity guidelines and media specifications
ï'. Creative work confirms with advertising codes, legal and ethical standards
ï'. Preparation and monitoring of annual financial plan â€' work closely with Business Director
to prepare, understand & drive revenue
ï'. Working knowledge of client contracts
ï'. Approval/ Sign-off of relevant financial related documentation (JCRs, production estimates
etc)
ï'. Provide clients with accurate monthly budget/actual reconciliations for media/ production
ï'. Preparation of accurate monthly client billing forecasts
ï'. Record and maintain detailed manhours on all tasks
ï'. Work trafficked in an effective manner â€' to ensure all projects deliverables are met
ï'. Assist Business Director to manage and run team operations - adhere to established
processes and procedures to ensure team members have a clear understanding of job
requirements
ï'. Team meetings held on a regular basis â€' to manage or stir projects in a correct direction/
iron out issues to ensure project run as seamless as possible
ï'. Mentoring & grooming of junior team members
Qualifications
ï'. Must be a Malaysian with a good understanding of mass Malaysian thinking/ culture
(understanding of Malay markets)
ï'. Must be passionate on the Brand â€' from its product to its value
ï'. Able to add business value to the Brand â€' beyond just marketing (e.g. sales, operations,
food, insights suggestions & etc.)
ï'. Excellent communication skills on writing, presentation â€' clear communication to clients,
internal & external team
ï'. Significant previous agency experience â€' proven track record
ï'. Knowledge of all integrated advertising processes/procedures
ï'. Thorough understanding of integrated marketing (above and beyond creative and planning
concepts)
ï'. Knowledge of strategic intent and experience in evaluating creative work against it (market
insights)
ï'. Financial Management Skills
ï'. Team Player & Leadership â€' able to work closely internal team (e.g. Creative, Strategy
Planning, Social Media & etc) and leading the team to ensure all Client's objective is met
ï'. Flexibility â€' clear understanding and know when to pick the right battles
ï'. Client Focus â€' has the patience to deal with clients & has the ability to assure them on the
