    Description
    Job Responsibility

    Recruitment Support

    • Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment records.

    Employee Onboarding

    • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of required paperwork.
    • Assist in preparing and maintaining employee personnel files.

    HR Administration

    • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.

    Employee Relations

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

    Compliance And Policies

    • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support HR initiatives related to employee wellness, diversity, and inclusion.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Prior experience in HR or administrative role is preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Prefer ---Chinese--- candidates.
