- Answering phone calls and attend to customers' enquiries.
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- To maintain the documentation and filing systems to ensure IT is kept up-to-date
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U in any field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
