    About The Company

    Randstad is partnering with one of a leading manufacturing group specialised in snack food and confectionery in Malaysia. In light of an expansion to the team, the Accounting department is looking to bring onboard a new Assistant to the Senior Accountant. This position will be based in their HQ in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

    About The Job

    • Reporting Manager: Senior Accountant
    • Responsible for day to day accounting activities
    • Handle full sets of accounts including accounts payable.
    • Liaise with internal & external auditors, tax agents, suppliers and other related parties.
    • Well verse with FRS, Bursa Listing Requirements, Income Tax Act & other reporting requirements
    • Preparation of periodic reporting.
    • To assist in monthly closing, preparing budget, and forecast.
    • To carry out jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Accounting or related professional accounting qualification and a member of MIA.
    • Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Possess strong analytical and report writing skills.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken) in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Must be committed to work in order to meet tight reporting deadlines.
