    Administration Executive - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - TC Management Services Corporation Sdn Bhd

    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform general office duties including maintaining records, filing and generating invoices, quotation, reports, statements of account, and other documents
    • Preparing and providing monthly reports required by Head of Department (HOD)
    • Handling customer's inquiries and manage creative request/traffic control
    • Supporting the design team on a day-to-day basis as general admin, studio upkeep, gatekeeper of creative references and materials
    • Administrator and coordinator for all team members
    • Providing administrative information and supervising general administration activities such as petty cash., mailing, stationary checking and ordering etc
    • To provide support such as liaise with the finance department on managing vendor account setup, customer setup and follow-up
    • Additional and operational administrative tasks as needed
    • Any job related as assigned from time to time
    Requirements/skills:
    • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
    • Possess minimum 1 year working experience in the related field
    • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English
    • Ability to read and write in Chinese will be an advantage
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
