    Description
    Job Responsibility

    IT and Digital Platform Management: Act as the go-to expert for IT support, managing our digital platforms including the maintenance and updating of our website and landing pages to reflect current information and offerings.
    • Website and Landing Page Development: Regularly update and refresh website content and manage landing page designs, ensuring they are aligned with our marketing strategies and user engagement goals.

    UI/UX Design Integration: Apply your knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance website navigation and user experience, making data-driven decisions to optimize layout and content placement.
    • Technical Project Support: Serve as a technical liaison for project teams, facilitating the implementation of technology solutions that meet project specifications and operational needs.
    • Software and Hardware Oversight: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices, ensuring they are current, secure, and fully functional.
    • Resource Optimization and Innovation: Employ innovative tech solutions to streamline operations and support projects, leveraging software and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Systems Administration and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, conducting regular checks and troubleshooting to preempt and resolve issues promptly.
    • Digital Content Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure digital content adheres to compliance standards and contributes to a cohesive and engaging digital presence, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
    • User Empowerment and Training: Develop training materials and sessions to empower team members with the necessary technical skills, promoting best practices in IT and digital content management.

    Job Requirements

    • Solid skills in website management, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to implement site updates and enhancements.
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles to guide the creation of user-friendly digital experiences.
    • Ability to manage and troubleshoot a broad range of IT infrastructure components, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
    • Innovative and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to apply creative solutions to technical and operational challenges.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest trends in technology, UI/UX design, and digital marketing strategies.
