    Company Description

    Raffcomm is an established IT company based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. We aim to be the Prime Identity Services Company, organizing corporate individual information securely and making verified identification universally accessible. Our subsidiary, Raffcomm Technologies, provides Certification Authority services to address cybersecurity issues, ensuring authentication, data integrity, confidentiality, and non-repudiation. We are authorized to deliver company and business information, act as a Malaysian Certification Authority for digital signing services, and issue e-money and e-Wallet.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a manager of infrastructure, network, and services. The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to infrastructure, network management, and service delivery. This role demands a deep understanding of Windows environments, VMware, cloud infrastructure, and public key infrastructure (PKI), with a focus on certificate authority management. You will also oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company's IT infrastructure and network systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the infrastructure team responsible for our network, server operations, and services, focusing on continuous improvement and strategic growth.
    • Design, implement, and oversee the administration of our VMware environment and Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud infrastructure strategy to support scalability and resilience across the company.
    • Manage and enhance our PKI and certificate authority systems, ensuring robust security measures are in place and effectively implemented.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
    • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
    • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of infrastructure and network management
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure roles with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
    • Extensive experience with VMware, Windows server environments, and cloud infrastructure management.
    • Proven expertise in PKI and certificate authority management.
    • Proficiency in network security and cybersecurity best practices
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network issues
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, CISSP) are preferred.

    Experience in the technology industry and familiarity with Malaysian regulations and certifications would be beneficial.
