Description

Job Responsibility

Coordinate sales activities, including order processing and client communication.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare and deliver quotations to clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and client relationships.
Analyze sales data for insights and collaborate with marketing for strategy.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Experience in multicultural environments with adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
Familiarity with relevant software/tools for independent work.
Problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
