    We are hiring Project/Program Director
    Long-term Contracts with the possibility of permanent employment
    Local Malaysian and Expat are welcome
    Salary open budget
    Location KL     Job description

    • Overall responsibility of the program execution
    • Capable of Negotiating and Influencing at CXO levels & Stakeholder Management
    • Initiating and planning goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the program and organization
    • Planning the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes. Presentation of
    the program plan containing task information, key technical and commercial milestones, and timeline.


    • Approves all contractual relevant documents, including reports and minutes which are delivered to the
    Customer


    • Responsible for structure and responsibilities of the overall team.
    • Sets directives regarding scope, quality, schedule and costs for the Program
    • Reporting of overall program progress against plan including issuance of weekly/regular reports
    • Building and updating master risks, working for mitigations with various stream and/or management, ensure a
    proper closure


    • Build and manage Program Core Team, budgets and operations of the program
    • Conducts various project review status meeting (internal and joint)
    • Conducts various project steering meeting (internal and joint)
    • Attend Customer Project / Program Status meeting and Project / Program Steering Committee.
    • Refine and finalized Project / Program scope statement as the basis for future Project / Program decisions.
    • Identify all activities necessary to achieve all Project / Program deliverables aligned with the contractual
    obligations


    • Ultimately owns and manages the plan, including commercial and mitigation actions
    • P&L responsibility with Management of budget and financial planning for area of responsibility
    • Organize knowledge transfer during transition phase
    • Customer relationship responsibilities such as contract and contract change negotiation and management are
    included


    • Escalate any issue impacting costs, delivery timeline or scope
    • Responsible for managing change through the project
    • Result Driven Team building, motivation and leadership qualities
    • Multi-vendor Management
    Requirement

    • Relevant IT Degree and excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, possess good interpersonal skills
    • Minimum 20 years of IT experience with 10+ years in program management, and the last 2 years as program director
    • PgPM (PMI) Certification for Program Management
    • Experience in Aviation Industry is a must
    • Experience in CUSS, CUTE, and CUPPS kind of solutions will be a huge advantage
    • Multi-culture/multi-country exposure would be an advantage
