    Job Description

    :
  • Provide hardware and software support for PCs, printers, telephone lines, network cables, and other IT peripherals.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Setup, install, and configure hardware and software according to user requirements and company standards.
  • Resolve technical issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage IT assets and related equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and proper maintenance.
  • Support daily IT operations and services for domestic branches, international branches, and headquarters offices.
  • Monitor and report operational performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures.
  • Provide incident and service request support, promptly addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Setup and install applications and IT equipment, ensuring proper configuration and user accessibility.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT support, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.

    • Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or a related role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant/similar positions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive departmental issues with discretion.
  • Strong aptitude for working with computers and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a strong team player mindset and a customer-centric approach.
