    Job Description

    • Ensure accurate and timely updates of incoming payments.
    • Maintain effective communication with sales personnel to facilitate collections through phone or email correspondence.
    • Generate comprehensive monthly or quarterly statements for review.
    • Conduct meticulous account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
    • Issue credit and debit notes when required to maintain financial integrity.
    • Proactively follow up on outstanding collections and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Provide valuable assistance during year-end audits.
    • Collaborate in forecasting and budgeting exercises to support financial planning.

    Requirement

    • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with preference given to those with experience in FMCG or related industries.
    • Hold a degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
    • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
