    Description

    - Lead and direct Vision Care & DEOH teams to achieve financial and market objectives.

    - Lead and direct Vision Care & DEOH sales to implement business strategy and tactics in order to facilitate targeted growth.

    - To effectively manage business unit P&L within given objectives.

    - To efficiently project and manage strategic product launches as per regional guidelines.

    - To ensure product availability within all distribution channels in an efficient manner.

    - To accurately manage sales forecast business unit expenditures and business reports.

    - To seek and implement synergistic growth strategies with other departments.

    Under Compliance,

    - Ensure awareness and understanding of the Alcon Code of Conduct and other integrity and compliance guidelines and policies (BPO, Anti bribery, Conflicts of Interest, AP3 etc.)

    - Adhere to the highest ethical standards in the industry and abide by the Alcon Code of Conduct and other integrity and compliance guidelines and policies. (BPO, Anti bribery, Conflicts of Interest, AP3 etc.)

    - Report potential misconduct or violations to the Code of Conduct and other integrity and compliance guidelines to the Compliance Officer, HR, BPO.

    - Ensure attendance and understanding of the mandatory and corporate trainings, i.e. Compliance and Code of Conduct Training, AP3, Adverse Event Reporting, ER Process, Sourcing Procedure, Travel and Expense Guidelines). Also ensure that subordinates have the attended said trainings

    - Responsible for product complaint in-take from customers to be reported to Regulatory Affairs within the timelines as specified by Medical Safety.
