    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Do the site inspection and site marking at site chosen and approved by the management and travelling to outstation.
  • Site Inspection
  • Ability to perform site inspection and produce on-site sketch site measurement.
  • Ability to perform site inspection reports and proposals.
  • Ability to meet deadline of report submission without compromising quality Coordinate and Site Management
  • Responsible to oversee interior fit-out works such as handover, monitoring of fit out progress and defects.
  • Coordinate and works closely with various internal departments to meet objectives and deadline.
  • Resolve on site issues and discrepancies based on site conditions
    • Track progress and manage contractors to ensure deadlines are met as given Quality Assurance
  • Conduct supervision of progress works by contractors to ensure workmanship and quality products.
  • To record punch list arise and to ensure prompt rectification. Others Ad-hoc Task
  • • To perform any other work as and when required.
  • To evaluate contractor's/suppliers' performance
  • To attend discussions/meeting with landlords/building management for renovation details and requirements

    • REQUIREMENT

  • Willing to Travel > 50%
    • Possess own Transport
  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in civil/electrical/electronic engineering or architecture
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Perform site inspection with actual site measurement, sketch basic frame (layout & elevation).
