    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in the rapidly evolving Green Mobility business. As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and management of our product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic product roadmaps for Gentari's offerings, aligning with company goals and market trends. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize features;
    • Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Define product requirements, specifications, and feature sets. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product development and delivery;
    • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and timelines;
    • Analysis and Insights: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the electric vehicle industry. Monitor market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats;
    • Focus: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. Gather customer feedback, conduct usability studies, and analyze data to continuously improve product features, usability, and overall customer satisfaction;
    • Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new electric vehicle products, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute successful product launches and drive customer adoption.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
    • Proven track record of minimum 8 years of experience in product management. Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry an added advantage;
    • Deep understanding of the business, technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends;
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation;
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
