    Job Description

    • Responsible for ensuring all projects for EV & TWoW are delivered on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level
    • Monitor and manage TWEV (TWOW & EV projects) performance and ensure the implementation of corrective actions within the unit
    • Assists in the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, the project activity and the success or failure of the project.
    • Engagement with stakeholder management on the progress update and communication plan
    • Identifying project risk management and mitigation plan for the project.
    • Acts as a strategic liaison for TWOW Project on technology between main task force, business units and ICT Division
    • Acts as a strategic liaison for EV & TWOW Project for successful implementation for ICT Division
    • Manage and maintains a constructive relationship between ICT Division and business units by understanding business drivers
    • Understands and partners with assigned division to assist with onboarding of ICT technology and services for successful implementation of EV & TWOW
    • Provides a conduit to the ICT Division for customer complaints, compliments and feedbacks for EV & TWOW Project on technology stream
    • Coordinate, monitor and report the implementation of EV & TWOW Project on technology stream to Main Task Force
    • Coordinate, conduct and ensure successful implementation of EV & TWOW Project for ICT Division
    • Plan, prepare and conduct Change Management plan for technology stream to ensure smooth onboarding of technology to support TWOW Project
    • Plan, prepare and publish communications on Discover ICT on technology update to support implementation of EV & TWOW
    • Plan, prepare and publish communications on ICT Insider to engage and ensure full onboarding of ICT community to EV & TWOW Project
