    Projects

    • Involved in overall business improvement and system (enhancements of current systems, or new modules and more )

    Responsibilities

    • Lead IT Application team in carrying out a multiple IT Application
    • Strategize and derive resolutions to technical application issues, escalating when necessary to the vendor development team
    • Responsible for assessing and prioritizing the requests from Business for enhancement requests
    • Accountable for performance and up-time, including ownership of incidents, implementation of corrective and remedial actions.

    Team Culture:

    • Flexible to adopt new ways of working including plugins and RPA
    • There is a team of 6 people under the Business Application team

    Must Have

    • Minimum 10 years of working experience and at least 5 years of proven leadership role
    • Established project management skills
    • Exposure to business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, enterprise application support

    Location

    • Working from office in central KLCC, close to LRT / MRT
    • Flexi start times between 8am and 10am
