    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Conduct market research and evaluate customer needs
    • Handle clinic social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, website etc)
    • Frequent follow up with clients for reviews and maintenance services
    • Consultation of basic procedures
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Gather feedbacks from customers and share with internal team
    • Collaborate with other team members
    • Building good rapport with clients

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum SPM or equivalent
    • Posses leadership skills, aggressice, self-discipline
    • Business quadrant mindset, positive thinking behaviour
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills .
    • Good sales and negotiation skills with English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
    • A confident and positive attitude in a professional manner.
    • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Knowledge in using all social media
