- Handle meetings and conference planning and logistics
- Assist the Engagement Committee in event planning and logistics
- Manage office contact list and seating arrangement
- Responsible for stationeries inventory, supplies and request
- Oversee timely issuance and termination of office access cards
- Liaise with building management on office maintenance matters
- Assist and support in office wear and tear maintenance
- Maintain administration filing system / shared folders
- Back up for Senior Assistant and Office Manager
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Pantry
- Oversee pantry inventory and supplies
- Oversee the upkeep and tardiness of the pantry
- Assist with the replenishment of stock for employee's consumption Travel Management
- Assist with flight & ferry booking
- Assist with Singapore hotel reservations and inquiries
- Oversee Batam Fast Card issuance and terminations Senior Management Support
- Handle Senior Management's travel schedule and arrangement
- Handle Senior Management's local/business claim administration Calendar Management
- Support in managing Senior Management's calendar Ad-hoc Duties Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma with 5 years relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications
- Meticulous, ability to prioritize and posses good organizational skills
- Keen on details and able to work independently
- Able to be multi-tasked and work under tight datelines
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
