- The admin team will be responsible for meticulously packing items according to the orders received from D7 crew, as well as the pilots at the warehouse.
- The admin will also need to efficiently coordinate the transportation of items from the warehouse to the RedQ. This involves organizing appropriate transportation methods and ensuring that all items are securely boxed and correctly labeled based on departmental orders.
- The admin needs to be present at the Red Boutique to oversee the distribution of items according to the requests from various departments.
- The admin will be responsible for collecting all returned uniforms, ensuring proper packaging, and subsequently sending them to the warehouse for disposal.
- Coordinate with CCE/PIC in charge, to accurately measure the sizes of the crew and pilots at the Red Boutique before the packaging process. This step is crucial in managing the departmental orders efficiently and maintaining our operational standards.
- Manage store inventory and ensure stock levels are well maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
- Diploma in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Well-versed in both written and spoken English.
- Understanding the aviation industry, including pilot and cabin crew uniform requirements, can be beneficial for working in a pilot uniform store.
