- Updating and checking pilot allowance reports
- Pilot Allowance Rate Revision :
- Pilot MC/ SL/ EL and AL Tracking:
- Verifying Air Navigation Charge Invoices and Submission for approvals
- Pilot and Cabin Crew Accommodation/ Transportations Charge Invoices
- Assist in Checking Payment Status for Air Navigation Charge
- Cross Check Pilot Active Listing
- Ensure Standard Block Hours are updated in AIMS for New and Existing Routes
- Raise EPR via ORACLE (Pilot and Cabin Crew)
- To approve invoice via Esker
- US Visa Pilot/cabin crew Claim
- Ability to inspire, and build trust and respect among team & CC community
- Able to work independently with good work ethics and personality
- Resilience and stamina with emphasis on solution seeking
- Excellent problem solving and strong decision making skills
- Familiarity on social media and other professional networks
- Uphold high standards of integrity and exercise discretion with confidential information g. Team Player

- Fresh graduates with a Diploma/ Degree in any field

- Broad knowledge of crew operations, allowances, claims, systems and understanding on aviation policies and regulations.
