    Description

    (Selangor – Shah Alam)

    Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop effective CRM and loyalty program in driving business growth through campaign to encourage customer engagement
  • Manage the CRM database; develop and identify customer segment and develop appropriate measure of communication plans for customer retention and revenue generation based on customer life cycle
  • Develop reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention / repeat customer behavior across segments and present the findings to the Senior Management
  • Work closely with third party to plan and develop the mobile app and present the proposal to Senior Management
  • Continuous improvement of CRM process, tools and mobile app components

    • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail business environment with focus on CRM, Loyalty or Customer Analytics.
  • Passion and experience with driving better engagement, retention and development across the customer journey
  • Strategic, strong in planning and execution
  • Good data analytical abilities and digitally savvy
