    Job summaryAPAC Resourcing Manager responsible for Resource Allocation & Staffing and Bench Management Collaborate with internal teams to understand and validate resource demand and supply Manage resource capacity and respond to resourcing requestsJob seniority: mid-to-senior levelResponsibilities

    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and validate resource demand and supply
    • Coordinate resource system updates and ensure alignment with project contracts
    • Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure hiring needs align with project demand
    • Suggest continuous improvements to resource management processes and systems
    • Resolve resourcing conflicts in a timely manner
    • Prepare market and APAC level resource management reports
    • Monitor and manage resource capacity on bench
    • Respond to resourcing requests promptly
    • Keep Resourcing App updated with resource profiles
    • Onboard and educate new hires on resource management process and best practicesRequirements
    • 5+ years' experience in staffing, talent, resource, or consulting management role
    • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
    • Strong conflict resolution skills
    • Intermediate Power Point and Excel skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
    • Ability to quickly assess talent and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Experience in Financial Services preferredKey Skills Needed
