    Client Investment Specialist (Johor Bahru)

    Responsibilities

  • Assist and enhance clients' understanding of our business platform (FSMOne) and available products.
  • Provide solutions to clients according to their objectives based on in-house research views.
  • Proactively manage and build long term customer relationship by providing excellent services in professional manners.
  • Actively participate in customer services and marketing activities for customer acquisitions and retention.

    • Requirements

  • Degree holder in business/finance related discipline.
  • Preferably with 2 years experiences specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc).
  • Candidates with relevant licenses to give advices for investment and insurance products may have advantages.
  • Candidate with MFPC FAR license may have advantages.
  • Customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and good problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Computer literate with MS Office.
