    Description

    Job Summary:

    • Aftermarket Sales revenue generation
    • Parts penetration improvement in identified market and accounts
    • Develop Aftermarket sales strategy and competence
    • Be expert in aftermarket products and systems
    • Work cross functionally with other departments like Machine Sales,Parts, Product Support, Logistics, Sub Dealer etc.

    Responsibilities:
    • Achieve aftermarket sales targets which includes - Parts, lubricants, customersupport agreements, connected services, special products.
    • Ensure the necessary routines are in place for timely follow up relatedaftermarket business, management reports and reporting methods.
    • Develop tailor made aftermarket products to support customers and help the company to generate revenue.
    • Coordinate with branches/relevant internal functions for timely address of crossterritory aftermarket sales issues.
    • Study, understand and learn from competition's aftermarket solution offers andadapt into company strategy accordingly.
    • Responsible for account receivables for the identified area/accounts.

    Requirements:
    • Commercial or technical degree. Diploma/degree in businessadmin/marketing is an advantage
    • 10+ years of experience in after-market sales preferably in Mining andconstruction equipment/capital goods/Automotive industry.
    • Critical skill: Relationship-building and communication skills
    • Necessary aftermarket products knowledge.
    • Sensitive to dealers & customer's expectations.
    • Good business sense, good understanding of business process.
    • Excellent organizational skills and decision making ability.
    • Critical skill: Relationship-building and communication skills
    • Basic computer skills using Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel Software.
    • Good networking skills
    • Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia
