    Description

    The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate strong communication skills through active listening, understanding customers' needs and identifying actions to help customers to achieve their objective quickly through various channels (call, live chat, email, social media)
    • Assist customers with our products and services
    • Be able to advocate for solutions that will help customers achieve their goals
    • Effectively use our system to capture customer date and record information; accuracy and compliance is an absolute must
    • Responding promptly to customer enquiries
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal and inter-department stakeholders when the need arises
    • Perform customer ID verifications
    • Perform outbound calls/call-back to customers
    • Maintain and constantly update knowledge on company products and service to provide excellent service to customers
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the company to improve overall business such as initiatives/projects, audits etc
    • Provide assistance to customers via omnichannel support platform as required whenever needed

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
    • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
    • Must have excellent verbal and writing skills (both English and Mandarin language)
