Open Position: Business Development Manager (Fintech Company)

A Fintech Company is currently looking for Business Development Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

More than 5 years of experience in e-commerce or service operations
Innovate campaigns, partner marketing strategy and sales enablement programs based on market research and in-depth knowledge of the service industry
Educate and provide guidance to partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered
Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet the goals and objectives
Set partnership goals, develop evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Good product planning, development and marketing with experience in people management
Regional exposure in dealing with partners/vendors from East Asia will be an added advantage
Good communication and project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently with teams
