    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support at UCK Tech Solution PLT located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As an IT Help Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network administration, ensuring network security, and delivering excellent customer service.

    Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting
    • Experience in ensuring network security
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Relevant certifications or degree in Information Technology or related field
