    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Responsible for all general administrative duties.
    • Handling life & general insurance for new businesses opportunity as well as current renewal businesses.
    • Administrative work related to Life Insurance, General Insurance and Will & Trust.
    • Deal directly with customers and respond promptly to their inquiries (if needed)
    • Liaise with head office for all relevant queries.
    • Able to handle documentation and filing for all important data.
    • Make or attend phone calls and emails from relevant parties promptly
    • Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
    • Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
    • Adapt to the team needs and assist with other agents as needed

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Degree qualifications
    • Prefer languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
    • Candidate that able to do multi-tasking for multiple roles and responsibilities.
    • Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Excellent in MS Office Program.
    • Good interpersonal communication skills.
    • Team player, assertive and diligent.
    • Able to meet dateline and work under minimum supervision
    • At least 1 year of working experience in administration or clerical area.
