Job Description Summary

Air Products' base business provides essential industrial gases, related equipment and applications expertise to customers in dozens of industries, including refining, chemicals, metals, electronics, manufacturing, and food. The Company also develops, engineers, builds, owns and operates some of the world's largest industrial gas and carbon-capture projects, supplying world-scale clean hydrogen for global transportation, industrial markets, and the broader energy transition.
This position requires an office administration in KL who will provide day to day administration support to relieve and assist department, engineering manager and staff on administrative details and duties.
Responsibilities include: KL new office setup general duties, such as procurement agreement and/or renew, purchase order confirmation and filling, supplier interaction and follow up, payment term verification, vendor master setup and review coordination, travel arrangements and meeting scheduling, new hires related assistant work, document archive/print/filing, team activities, etc., as well as supervising admins on executing and reporting and data analysis of KL team office safety, CI, function deliverable and training progress. Be required to coordinate activities between departments and/or 3rd parties, suppliers, contractors. Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels, especially for GEMTE.
