    Description

    To support business performance excellence, KONE Shared Services has joined forces with finance operations to form the new KONE Business Services (KBS), a one-stop shop for all business services. KBS will help drive better efficiency, improve data quality, and provide seamless end-to-end process expertise. KBS will actively partner with the business lines and functions to provide end-to-end process governance and work toward joint targets with the business.

    We execute transactions that are part of KONE Operations or Financial processes. Ensuring process compliance and controls are applied to each transaction.

    Why this role?

    As a KBS Processing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and high-quality execution of transactions within the KBS scope. Reporting to a KBS Operation Manager, you'll be an essential member of our Business Service Centre, supporting various processes and projects.

    What will you be doing?

    A Processing Executive is an individual contributor with a specific skill in any process or sub-process. Able to apply that knowledge to support the KBS operations and specific projects with the unit for documentation, training, testing, and reporting.

  • Executing transactions related to KONE Operations or Financial processes.
  • Ensuring compliance and controls for each transaction.
  • Meeting quality and SLA targets.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in tasks like Sales Order creation, Invoices, Purchasing Requisition, and Customer data management.
  • Handling payment posting into global banking tools and SAP.
  • Posting timesheets into SAP.
  • Conducting system or process testing (UAT).
  • Preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Following up on open requests.
  • Coordinating and managing stakeholder calls.
  • Updating SOPs and URDs.
  • Performing month-end closing activities.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum degree in Finance/Accounting or a relevant background.
  • While 1-2 years' experience in SAP is preferred, we also welcome recent graduates.
  • Service mindset to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on Malaysian Public Holidays.
