    HTR Asia Sdn Bhd is the IT arm of the Halim Mazmin Group (HMG) located in Kuala Lumpur. The company specializes in Cloud and Infrastructure Services, End-to-End Service Management, Managed Application Services, future technology such as IoT and business process project management, and Quality Management in IT.     Role Description

    This is a full-time (contract basis) on-site role for an Accounts Payable Executive at our client's office. Our Client is a player in Telco Industry. The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:

    · Communication with internal and external stakeholders, review and process them using ERP.

    · Able to process high volume of invoices and validate against the defined supporting documents.

    · Analyse discrepancies on invoices and communicate with the relevant departments to correct them.

    · Perform vendor Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations.

    · Correspond with internal teams and vendors and respond to enquiries.

    · Any other ad hoc tasks and reporting.

    · Responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting processes, including but not limited to processing and managing payments and reconciling vendor accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2years experience
    • Experience in using Oracle would be an added advantage.
    • Good Microsoft Excel Skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Experience in finance and accounting.
