    Description
    The primary focus will revolve around Statutory reporting, ensuring Balance Sheet integrity, managing Cash Agenda, overseeing Transfer Pricing, and maintaining the Financial Control Framework. You'll provide support to one or more markets and collaborate closely with fellow Finance professionals

    Description

    • Oversee the month-end close process to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
    • Implement and maintain a robust control environment throughout the region, with a focus on Financial Control Framework
    • Prioritize maintaining a healthy balance sheet position.
    • Collaborate as a business partner with Marketing Company and Global Finance Services
    • Support initiatives aimed at generating cash flow.
    • Provide accurate information on Transfer Pricing, including updates on new Transfer pricing and annual revisions.
    • Coordinate with external partners to ensure the timely and accurate submission of local statutory reporting to relevant authorities.
    • Offer coaching and guidance to business analysts to enhance their skills, improve analytical capabilities, and deepen their understanding of processes.
    • Identify and promptly resolve complex issues, collaborating cross-functionally to address root causes and implement effective solutions.
    • Engage stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, fostering strong relationships for effective collaboration and communication

    Profile

    • Chartered Accountant CA, ACA, Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
    • Minimum 8-10 years General Accounting / Controlling / experience
    • Audit experience is a must
    • Strong English and Mandarin Language proficiency, both verbal and written, with the confidence to express clear opinions and ability to explain financial issues to non-financial management.
    • Experience of change management and building engagement.
    • Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams.
    • Have experience in SAP.
