- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market strategies, deal requirements, and financial aspects to effectively evaluate potential business deals.
- Prioritize and resolve internal conflicts and competing priorities to facilitate optimal decision-making.
- Provide investment recommendations based on thorough evaluation of opportunities.
- Develop strong negotiating strategies & positions aligned with company strategies & operations.
- Assess risks and potentials associated with business opportunities to make informed decisions.
- Close new business deals successfully by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contractual obligations with business operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information to safeguard the organization's value.
- Uphold and enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of diverse requests and challenges.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by performing additional assignments and tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field of study or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Plastic Recycling industry and/or business development preferred.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Proactive with the ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-changing environment, and work independently with responsibility and diligence.
- Willingness to travel to any site in Malaysia as required by management.
