    Description
    Mandatory Skill Sets


    • Experienced in managing a partner network in USA/Europe.
    • Have more than 10 years of industry experience.
    • Have an overall understanding of either HR/Payroll outsourcing (preferred), or shared services or any business consultancy.
    • Have some business development experience either in direct sales (B2B) or channel sales with a revenue of at least USD 1 million per year.
    • Have a mixed background of HR and IT.
    • Be a self-starter with excellent communication skills (in English).
    Desired Skill Sets


    • Be able to communicate in any European language (preferred).
    • Be able to create good proposals in Word/Power Point.
    • Have good commercial sense.
    Job Responsibilities


    • Build a Partner Network from ground up.
    • Day-to-day management of Partner Network and achievement of Channel Revenue Target
    • Undertake internal coordination with outher departments on behalf of Partners to ensure Partner Relationship
    • Achieve growth of new logos (new customers) for OSHRS through Channel Partners every quarter.


    OS HRS is now looking for a Partner Manager who would set-up and manage a network of partners in USA and Europe.

    The Partner Manager will also assist to coordinate and assist the General Managers of Japan and India to develop local partners in their respective countries.


    For the right candidate OS HRS offers a conducive environment to work and grow with a fair amount of independence.
