Description

1. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research through various methods such as online exploration, event attendance, and gathering feedback from sales and marketing teams.
Identify emerging market opportunities and communicate findings to the reporting manager.
Offer valuable product recommendations and suggestions.
Collaborate and devise strategies with sales, marketing, and engineering teams during product design and implementation phases.
Assist in planning and executing new product launches and events.
Acquire and retain thorough knowledge of company product specifications.
Demonstrate accurate and complete product functionality to internal teams.
Schedule product training sessions for sales and marketing staff.
Create and manage documentation of company product specifications.
Address all product-related inquiries promptly.
Continuously enhance understanding of our product line.

2. Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in finance, forex, and CFD markets.
Experience in the forex brokerage industry is advantageous.
Ability to memorize product specifications effectively.
Excellent articulation and capability to deliver engaging and inspiring demonstrations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated growth mindset.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay languages.
Strong analytical abilities.
