    Description
    -5 years of relevant experience working on organisation change management,
    communications and training for large scale projects and business transformation


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to write and design change
    communications


    • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and break down complex and
    abundant information into bite-d, digestible chunks


    • Strong organisation and senior stakeholder management skills
    • Adept at working with different departments (IT, HR, Finance, Engineering) etc. to deliver
    business outcomes and build buy-in for change


    • Strong experience and knowledge of organisation change management principles,
    methodologies and tools


    • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with limited supervision
