    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise, digital savvy, and a passion for the education sector. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a fresh graduate eager to make your mark, we welcome individuals with or without experience to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive student recruitment and brand awareness.
    • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, to engage with target audiences and generate leads.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the education sector, including universities, colleges, and educational agencies.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our client base and service offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, both domestically and internationally.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media marketing preferred.
    • Knowledge of the education sector is a plus, but not required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel within Malaysia or internationally for business-related activities and company events.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
