About The Company

Randstad is partnering with a top MNC that specializes in producing and distributing laminate products. The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and looking for a Sales Executive as part of their growth strategy.

Duties And Responsibility

Meet with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and related stakeholders to promote the use of company products in their projects.
Maintain thorough documentation including project records, customer data files, and daily visit reports.
Take charge of building a project pipeline to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Identify and pursue opportunities with potential customers, while also supporting distributors in boosting sales and enhancing customer service.
Implement management-directed strategies effectively.
Gather market intelligence including competitor analysis and market trends.
Assess client requirements, provide technical explanations of products, and demonstrate their applications.
Meet monthly sales targets and fulfill project requirements set by the company.
Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the department head.

Skill/experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in Construction Project sales, other surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc) will be an advantage.
Result-orientated.
Independent, creative and resourceful.
Ability to work as a team.
