    Description
    This ideal candidate will partner with Regional Sales Director to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective and existing clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our company's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

    Responsibilities
    • You will be tasked with increasing sales and market penetration in assigned geographic territory and within assigned end markets. (primarily, but not limited to, repair of transmission pipelines, offshore and onshore process pipelines, and vessels)
    • Understanding decision making structure within plants and refineries at assigned end markets is critical to success
    • Requires a natural ability to connect and engage with key influencing personnel within key assets
    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
    • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
    • Conduct technical presentations within small and large groups, understand market drivers
    • Monitor competition within assigned region
    • Identify, investigate, track, and close sales opportunities
    • Develop strong customer and partner relationships
    • Provide market-based feedback regarding new product opportunities to the development team.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
    • Develop and implement account specific programs aimed at driving sales at end user accounts.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
    • Sales travel required up to 50%

    Qualifications
    • Min years experiences as a Sales Personnel in Oil & Gas sector Pipeline and Asset Integrity industry.
    • Broad Knowledge of the asset integrity principles both offshore and onshore
    • Organized and proactive, proficient in the use of MS office packages
    • Ability to gain access to key personnel in facilities where no prior relationship is established
    • Relevant industry experience and able to demonstrate ability to learn. Technical skills are desirable but not essential
    • Excellent inter personnel and negotiation skills to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders & customers
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa is a must
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
    • Willingness to travel within Malaysia (Offshore inclusive)
    • Preferably candidates with Degree or Diploma (with prior working experience) in Mechanical, Petroleum or Chemical study. Those with prior working experience in Pipeline/Asset Integrity will be considered.
