    Administer a portfolio of trust accounts, including discretionary, revocable, irrevocable, and charitable trusts, in accordance with legal and fiduciary standards.

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of trust accounts, including cash management, asset allocation, investment management, and disbursements. Conduct thorough reviews of trust documents, client instructions, and beneficiary information to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and investment teams, to address trust-related issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of trust transactions, correspondence, and client interactions in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provide personalized service to clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Monitor trust performance and prepare regular reports for clients, trustees, and regulatory authorities as required.

    Stay informed about changes in trust and estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

    Participate in trust-related projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth. Foster positive relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and external partners to promote trust retention and referral opportunities.
