    Job Description

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of Process Safety engineering experience in the design of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Projects.
  • Familiar with process safety study, risk assessment study, HAZOP, IPF/SIL, Human Factor Engineering (HFE), F&G Mapping, Alarm Management Study, gas dispersion study, RAM, MCF, etc.
  • Understand Code and Standards used in Process Safety and good knowledge in DOE requirement.
  • Good knowledge and ability in Risk Engineering Software.
  • Able to carry out site survey in order to gain required information and/or verification of existing plant documentation.
  • Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Good skill and some experience in the application of Auto-CAD.
  • PC literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Project as a minimum).
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Able to work long hours.
  • Well verse with PTS related to process safety would be an added advantage.
