    Job Description :

    To assist the Head, Governance in implementing good corporate governance, provide advisory on corporate secretarial best practices, corporate governance policies, statutory and regulatory compliance to the Board of Directors and stakeholders effectively for Etiqa Group. To assist in providing support on corporate secretarial duties to the Etiqa Group regional entities, to align with the Group requirements and to ensure accurate Group Reporting. To assist on directors training and orientation programmes, effectively on-board new directors to Etiqa as well as track and maintain updated directors' training records.

    • Assisting the Head, Governance on projects/tasks/ assignments on corporate governance policies & guidelines, corporate secretarial best practices, and regulatory matters for Etiqa Group
    • Corporate governance, corporate secretarial practices, statutory and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensuring projects/tasks/assignments are carried out and completed effectively and efficiently.
    • Liaise with regional corporate secretarial teams on corporate secretarial matters.
    • To review and provide advisory on proposal papers and minutes of board and board committee meetings at regional entities' level.
    • To support the regional corporate secretarial teams on corporate secretarial duties, when necessary.
    • Assist the Head, Governance on Directors' Trainings Program.
    • Assist the Head, Governance in all matters relating to group reporting to Maybank.

    What we are looking for :

    • Level of Education: Minimum Bachelor/ Degree holder and/or ICSA qualified / Legal
    • Years of Experience: years in Corporate Secretarial / Legal
    • Discipline/Related Field: Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Governance, Legal
    • Ensure internal / external customer satisfaction, that deal directly with Etiqa.
    • Strengthen working relationship with all related parties
    • Pro-active, analytical and resourceful in carrying out the job to achieve objectives.
